Your Role:
- Independently performinspection, troubleshooting, andrepairof a wide variety ofe-bikes.
- Prepare e-bikes forcustomer deliveryand maintain thein-house fleet.
- Contribute to continuousimprovementin repair processes and service quality.
- Support warehouse operations withideas to optimizeefficiency and workflow.
Your Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience inbike or e-bike mechanics(2+ years for Senior Mechanic).
- Solid knowledge ofelectric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.
- Passion forquality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
- Comfort working independently and as part of aclose-knit team.
- Fluency in Englishis mandatory (B2-C1),Germanis a plus.
