MARKETING & MANAGEMENT MANAGER
- Bring the brand to a leading position in the cycle helmet market in Europe
- Development and Management of general marketing plan
- Marketing strategy and plan for the launch and sale of new products
- Planning and participation in exhibitions and events
PARTNERSHIP MARKETING AND ITS MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE
- Harmonized management of current European partners (distributors, sales agency, Key-accounts, etc.)
- Development of appropriate marketing strategies for each national market by regular meetings
PARTNER MANAGEMENT
- Management and development of sports sponsorship actions and brand partnerships
- Generate new brand collaborations in the European, national or local area
- Management of PR agencies, Influencers and Brand ambassadors
EUROPEAN MARKET ANALYSIS
- Analysis and report on the European and global bicycle and cycle accessories market
- Analysis of trends in the bicycle and sports industry in general
- Competitive intelligence and press review
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR
- Advice for the development phase of new models
- Market research and needs analysis for product development
