RideWrap Technical Representative

Technial Representative - Southern German (Stuttgart/Freiburg Region)

RideWrap is looking for a full-time Tech Rep to join our team on the road in and around Southern Germany.

You will be supporting the growth of the RideWrap brand through Europe with the acquisition of data, new dealers, industry connections, and any other opportunities that present themselves. You’ll dial into the latest intel to build our Tailored Protection Kit™ database and support our dealer network.

You’ll be a self-starter and an excellent communicator with a solid ability to build relationships within the industry and community. Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial, as well as having impeccable time management and focus. You’ll also consistently execute your duties to a high standard. Short and long-distance travel will be required regularly.

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business with it's central HQ in Whistler, Canada. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with retailers, distributors, brands and riders to support the growth of the Tailored Protection Kit™ database.
  • Measure new bike models efficiently and with high quality, always returning the bike in a complete and immaculate state.
  • Support and grow the RideWrap dealer network.
  • Educate dealers, maintaining a strong focus on sales and technical training.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, including quarterly kit list maintenance, and ensure that brands and models are accurate and consistent with manufacturers' websites.
  • Represent the RideWrap brand to the highest standard at all times.
  • Plan and attend relevant community/industry events.
  • Responsible for the care and maintenance of high-value equipment and vehicles.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/experience

  • Proven sales experience with a strong focus on building relationships (2+ years preferred).
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English
  • Thorough hands-on experience with bikes.
  • Attention-orientated data management skills.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Multiple languages are an asset.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-Starter.
  • Impeccable time-management.
  • Keen interest in biking ( 1+ years preferred).
  • Valid Passport with no restriction (required).
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35.000,00€ - 50.000,00€ per year
